Pratik Chhetri is a global health policy enthusiast– a scientist, an entrepreneur and an unapologetic global justice fighter. He is the President of the Board of Directors of All In Global.
Originally from Nepal, Pratik has worked with leaders from over two dozen countries, primarily on health justice and policy interventions. He is the Founder/ Director of Authentic Leadership Institute Nepal (ALIN) that focuses on research and policy interventions to mitigate health and economic disparities of marginalized communities in Nepal, and around the world. He has received several awards and recognition including the “Einstein Visa'' for his ‘extraordinary’ contributions in global health by the US Immigration Services in 2014.
He has been an invited speaker to events and conferences in Brazil, South Africa, Switzerland, India, Canada, Turkey, Nepal, and the US, including keynote speaker in Under30Changemakers Global Summit in 2015. He has also guest lectured at Harvard University, University of Maryland, University of Florida, Acharya Institute (India) and taught courses at universities and colleges in the US and Nepal.
Native from Nepal, Pratik Chapagain is dedicated to fostering leadership and community empowerment among youth. Serving as the Secretary of ALL IN Global, Pratik is dedicated to an unwavering commitment to nurturing young leaders and empowering communities. His role involves strategic planning, community engagement, and promoting the core leadership and personal development within the youth sector.
Pratik’s extensive background in biomedical engineering, combined with diverse experiences ranging from entrepreneurial endeavors at Drexel University to significant involvement in other student and community organizations, equips him with a unique and strong technical expertise and leadership skills. He has been involved in multiple organizations at Drexel University like Dragon’s first– empowering first generation college students; Open Door– Fighting homelessness and food insecurity; and Nepali Student Association– empowering Nepali culture in Drexel community. Pratik’s effort in mentoring and guiding young minds, especially in his work with the Asian Refugees United (ARU) in Harrisburg, PA working with the Bhutanese Refugee community further emphasizes his dedication to make a significant impact in the lives of young individuals.
Dr. Steve Witte, a valued member of our Board of Directors, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization. With a strong academic foundation, including an MD with specialized training in rheumatology and a PhD specializing in genetics and autoimmune disease, Dr. Witte has consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment to healthcare and research. Beyond academic pursuits, Dr. Witte has made significant contributions to activism and policy work aimed at advancing access to medicines initiatives. As a member of the Board of Directors for Universities Allied for Essential Medicines, he has played a pivotal role in improving healthcare accessibility for underserved and impoverished populations.
Dr. Witte's passion for community engagement resonates deeply with our nonprofit's mission. As a board member, he is dedicated to empowering neglected communities, including refugee populations, by supporting leadership training and networking initiatives. With a proven track record in healthcare, research, advocacy, and genuine dedication to our nonprofit's mission, Dr. Witte is poised to make a meaningful impact in our efforts to uplift marginalized communities and drive positive change.
Dr. Diane Singhroy boasts over 15 years of dedicated advocacy in access to medicines and harm reduction. She earned her PhD in Immunovirology and HIV from McGill University under the mentorship of Dr. Mark Wainberg. During her doctoral studies, Diane also delved into critical issues such as Intellectual Property and International Trade, the R&D Treaty at the WHO, and global health governance at UAEM.
Her commitment to access to medicines continued during her tenure as the Scientific and Technical Advisor at Knowledge Ecology International (KEI). Here, she conducted in-depth analyses of cancer treatments, biotherapeutics, and vaccines' manufacturing. Diane also investigated public investment in their development. While at KEI, she was appointed as an invited expert at the WHO for consultations aimed at improving access to and use of similar biotherapeutic products. Subsequently, Diane worked at the McGill International TB Center under the guidance of Dr. Madhukar Pai, focusing on TB diagnostics in populations heavily burdened by TB and HIV.
Presently, Diane is pursuing her medical degree at Laval University in Quebec City, Canada, focusing on advocating for equitable healthcare. Her passion lies in addressing healthcare disparities in underserved areas, particularly in remote and rural regions with limited resources. Her aim is to improve healthcare accessibility in historically marginalized communities, including First Nations and refugees
